Programs Field Logistics Readiness Center, Ft. StewartLockheed Martin operates the Field Logistics Readiness Center (FLRC) at Ft. Stewart Georgia, home to the famed "Rock of the Marne," the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized). Services include direct support maintenance of armored and wheeled vehicles, individual and crew served weapons systems, communications and night vision equipment; inventory and supply chain management; transportation management services; and backup depot maintenance support for the Army Materiel RESET program. Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa, DjiboutiLockheed Martin is managing base operations support services for Camp Lemonier in Djibouti, the only major U.S. military base on the African continent. We provide the U.S. Navy with support ranging from airfield operations, vehicle maintenance and fire and emergency services to such basics as food, fuel, and laundry services. Over 1000 American and foreign national employees ensure that the Task Force has the flexible logistics help it needs to carry out its missions. Capacity Building Long-term peace and stability in any country require strong local institutions. Lockheed Martin has extensive experience helping strengthen host-country capabilities in support of U.S. foreign policy objectives. Our dedicated teams of professionals have provided training and equipment for several African nations allowing them to participate in peacekeeping duties in Darfur and elsewhere on the continent. We are currently working with nations with tragic histories of conflict such as Afghanistan, Liberia and Haiti to create law enforcement and judicial organizations that can administer justice and support the rule of law. By helping others manage their own affairs, we are helping to stengthen local institutions and prevent future conflicts. Programs LiberiaLockheed Martin manages several critical programs in support of the State Department in Liberia. We provide U.S.-led teams of legal advisors to support the Liberian Justice Ministry on a wide range of justice-related topics. We help train the Liberian National Police, helping them implement the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration program, monitor human rights violations. Finally we provide equipment, training and logistics for the officers of the Armed Forces of Liberia and have performed construction and refurbishment of the main military barracks in Monrovia. Global Stability Operations Stability operations, including peacekeeping help bridge the divide between open hostilities and peaceful national development. Programs SudanLockheed Martin has constructed 37 peacekeeper base camps in Darfur, helping the international community respond to one of the worst conflicts of our era. Our efforts on behalf of regional security also include Chad where we are managing and operating peacekeeper camps, assisting in stabilizing that nation’s border with Sudan. Savi also serves all modes of transportation, whether on land, sea or air, as well as Ocean Ports and Terminal Operators. Total Asset Visibility Savi supports the U.S. Department of Defense, which is building the world's largest Automatic Identification Technology-based cargo monitoring network (Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility), spanning 4,000 locations in more than 50 countries and tracking 35,000 shipments daily. Programs SaviThe DoD's In-Transit Visibility (ITV) network is the world's largest active RFID cargo tracking system. Some 35,000 shipments are tracked and managed every day on the network, which spans over 40 countries and about 4,000 locations. It provides real-time visibility of supplies from origin depot to final staging areas. Portable Deployment Kits extend coverage to locations with no fixed infrastructure.
